Tomorrow Reminder is a communication tool provided by H-World LLC. We help teachers, schools, and programs send timely, informational updates to parents and guardians by email and SMS text message.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Tomorrow Reminder, we may collect:
- Parent/guardian name
- Mobile phone number and email address
- Child’s name, grade, and assigned class or team
- Message history (content of reminders and updates sent to you)
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser type, device information)
Phone numbers and email addresses are typically provided by a parent or guardian through a school or program, or directly via our online opt-in form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Send school- or class-related reminders and schedule updates
- Notify you about weather cancellations or last-minute changes
- Deliver other non-marketing, informational messages requested by your school or program
- Maintain records needed to operate and secure the service
We do not sell your personal information or your messaging data. We also do not use your phone number for unrelated advertising or promotions.
3. SMS Text Messaging
Tomorrow Reminder supports text messaging to parents and guardians who have explicitly opted in. By providing your mobile number on our opt-in form or by texting a keyword to our messaging number, you agree to receive recurring, informational SMS messages related to your child’s school or program.
Message frequency varies by class or team, but is typically fewer than 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may reply HELP for assistance.
For details about our SMS program, please review our SMS Terms & Conditions.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers who help us deliver messages, store data, and maintain the application (for example, email and SMS delivery providers). These providers are only allowed to use your data to perform services on our behalf.
- Schools and programs that you are associated with, so they can see which parents/guardians have subscribed to updates.
- Authorities or third parties if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and security of users.
We do not sell your personal information or permit third parties to use it for their own independent marketing.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
We retain SMS and email message logs only as long as necessary to support the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
- You may request that a teacher, school, or program remove your contact information from their Tomorrow Reminder groups.
- You may contact us directly to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that we maintain about you, subject to applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Tomorrow Reminder is designed for communication with adults (parents and guardians). We do not knowingly offer accounts directly to children under 13 or knowingly collect children’s contact information without parental consent. Messages about students are sent to the parent/guardian’s contact information, not to the child.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
